SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
General Role and Responsibilities:
- Accurately translate user and business needs/requirements into application design and function.
- Designing, developing, and testing web based and mobile applications.
- Design user journey and user interface.
- Participate in and at times lead client facing meetings and presentations.
- Troubleshooting bugs and errors.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study.
- 4 years experience in application development both web and mobile.
- 2 years experience as Junior Lead/Mid level Software Development Engineer.
- Having experience in building website and mobile application.
- Proficiency in front end & back end developer frameworks and languages.
- Good teamwork and collaboration especially in join programming project.
- Proficiency in HRIS application development technologies will be advantage.
- Experience in agile software development lifecycle.
